De-Stress and Renew

May is National Mental Health Month. According to national research, stress is one of the leading causes of mental illness and other health conditions. Stress is a person’s response to any demand or change. Stress can be routine, sudden, or traumatic. Short lived stress can be helpful; however,  stress over a long period of time can affect your health. Do you know where stress stands with you?

Renewed Outlook will be hosting De-Stress and Renew! A session geared towards helping woman relieve the effects of stress in effort to promote mental health.

Attend this session and

  • Learn your signs and triggers of stress
  • Practice techniques to relieve the effects of stress
  • Create a “Renewed” motto for your life
